Doug worked hard to get us onto our dream property. Early in 2021, as my wife and I were preparing to retire, the real estate markets began to explode! We were ready to downsize our living quarters but wanted to increase the size of our property. However, it was an extreme seller’s market, with property prices rising daily.
When we found Doug, within a week he’d found us what we wanted. Covid restrictions kept us from visiting the property so we had to rely entirely on Doug’s diligence, excellent advice and experience to guide us through.

Doug was a wonderful realtor for us. He is a person of great integrity and worked hard to promote our home and liaise between us and the buyers. Communication and attention to detail were excellent and he checked in constantly throughout the process to ensure all tasks were completed. We bought our house virtually and honestly this was a terrifying endeavour. We found a realtor who understood our worries being retired military himself. He heard what we were looking for and helped ease our concerns and helped us find our home virtually! Doug has a calmness that certainly takes the extreme anxiety out of finding a home in a short amount of time out of it. He also went above in beyond checking in on us during isolation when we arrived to the province to see if we needed anything and also stayed THE ENTIRE day at our home while a radon system was being installed and to wait for our internet to be hooked up. Would 10/10 choose Doug again.
